b.  For time:

21-15-9 reps of:

Thrusters (42.5/30)

Sumo Deadlift High-pull (42.5/30)

then

21-15-9 reps of:

Power clean (42.5/30)

Push Press (42.5/30)

-10 minute time cap.

-Score time or reps out of 180.
