3 Toes-to-bar 4 Handstand push-ups 5 Deadlifts (70/45) 6 Burpees 7 Push-ups
8 Sit-ups 9 Kb sumo deadlift high-pull (32/24) 10 Pull-ups 11 Ring dips 1200m run
-Complete 1 clean & jerk
then 2 box jumps, 1 clean & jerk
then 3 toes-to-bar, 2 box jumps, 1 clean & jerk
then 4 handstand push-ups, 3 toes-to-bar, 2 box jumps, 1 clean & jerk etc.
-This workout will take a lot of organising. Please arrive at training early if possible and ready to start working on these movements and potentially the scaling of them.
There will be an option as well to do a 30 minute AMRAP for those unsure of the duration of this type of workout.
