PARTNER WOD!

For time:

3 rounds of:

7 Thrusters (42.5/30)

7 Pull-ups

7 Bar facing burpees

then run 600m together

-3 minutes rest

 

3 rounds of:

7 Thrusters (42.5/30)

7 Pull-ups

7 Bar facing burpees

then run 400m together

-2 minutes rest

 

3 rounds of:

7 Thrusters (42.5/30)

7 Pull-ups

7 Bar facing burpees

then run 200m together

 

-For the thrusters and pull-ups, both athletes must complete their prescribed 7 reps of each, however the thrusters may only be completed while partner hangs from the bar. Pull-ups may only be completed while partner holds the bar in front rack.

-The burpees are syncronised 

-There is a 40 minute time cap
