5 rounds for time:

400m run (together)

10 burpee box jumps (each)

10 sumo deadlift high pulls (each)

10 thrusters (each)

-Athletes must pass the bar to each other from sumo deadlift high pull and then to thruster.

Ie. The bar must not touch the ground from the start of the sdhp until the end of the thrusters.

Penalty - another 10 burpee box jumps each.

The prescribed weight for the sdhp and thrusters is (40/30)

Scale back the load accordingly.
