Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes complete:

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 squats

Scale:

Every 2 minutes for 30 minutes complete:

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 squats

-Scale the movements as required. Chelsea is scored as rounds. Once you cannot complete the 30 reps within the minute (or scaled 2 minute) window score your last completed round.

If you finish Chelsea, your score will be the time that you complete your last squat in the 29th minute.
