PLEASE NOTE, THERE IS AN OPEN GYM SESSION ONLY TODAY FROM 8.30am - 9.30am AS ALL THE TRAINERS ARE ATTENDING SPARTAN IN BRIGHT. THIS SESSION CAN BE DONE IN OPEN GYM OR AT HOME.
a. 16 minute AMRAP:
400m run
20 pistols
10 handstand push-ups
-Scale the pistols to a suitable height, scale the handstand push-ups to a reduced range of motion or a pike push-up
b. Stretch key areas:
Hips, low back, head/neck, quads, hamstrings, calves.
-Spend 15-20 minutes
