EMOM 2 minutes for 30 minutes:

Clean & Jerk, 1 rep

-Build to heavy as possible early and aim to hold a GOOD single for at least the last 6-7 rounds.

-Compare to 07.08.17

a. EMOM 2 minutes for 16 minutes:

Clean & Jerk, 1 rep

-This will be a good opportunity for you guys to work the full clean and jerk movement, ie split jerk.

b. 10 minute AMRAP:

10 overhead squats

10 double unders
