Every 2 minutes for 30 minutes (15 rounds) complete:

1 Hang Snatch

2 Kb Snatch, per side (24/16)

3 Med ball V-ups

-For the hang snatches, start moderate then stick to a heavy single for the majority of the rounds. Try for the heavier singles towards the final rounds. Scale back the weight of the kb snatch if needed. Find a difficult weight to use for the med ball v-ups.

TEENS

a. EMOM 10 minutes:

Hang Snatch, 2 reps

b. 14 minute AMRAP:
