a. EMOM 10 minutes:

Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 7 reps

b. 3 rounds for time:

200m run

10 handstand push-ups

5 front squats

-For the sdhp, use a weight that challenges you for 7 continuous reps. For part b. you can scale the hspu to a height of abmats or a max handstand hold or a pike push-up. Use a weight that is a real challenge for the front squats.
