a.  GHD Hip Extension

Turkish Get-up

3 sets of 2 reps per side

-Use slow/strict form for the GHD hip extensions, add weight if possible. Work heavy as possible for the turkish get-up. The rep must be controlled back down to ground to count.

 

 

b.  Death by...

Chest-to-bar pull-up

followed immediately by

Sled push 60m (80/60)

-For the sled push aim to move the entire 60m as fast as possible using a good position and good range of motion. If there is too many people and congestion at the sleds just wait.
