a.  3 rounds for max total reps:

Press (50/30)

Bar Dips

-There is no rest from the last rep of press to the dips. Rest between rounds. The barbell will be taken from ground. Complete 1-2 warm up rounds of 6-8 reps.

 

 

b.  EMOM 10 minutes:

50m sprint

 

 

TEENS:

a.  3 rounds for max total reps:

Press (Something you could press for around 7-8 reps of)

 Push-up (Strict form)

-There is no rest from the last rep of press to the push-up. Rest between rounds. The barbell will be taken from ground. Complete 1-2 warm up rounds of 6-8 reps.

 

 

b.  EMOM 10 minutes:

40m sprint
