Cycle through 4 rounds of the following:

9 Strict or weighted pull-ups

15 GHD Sit-ups then 15 GHD Back Extensions

(Add weight if possible)

21 Handstand push-ups

-Each set of handstand push-ups are to be done as fast as possible, time each set
