Complete as many metres as possible:

2 minutes, row

2 minutes, row

2 minutes, run

-Use the 100 and 200m track. This workout will be done in waves, starting roughly every 10 minutes from the 10 minute mark of the session.

 

b.  Push-up, 3 x max effort of reps.

-Use perfect technique, rest between efforts. If you can perform 10 or more at rx standards then work off plates.
