-As rx, Male use 2 x 32kg. Female use 2 x 24kg. 15 minute time cap

 

b.  Pistol

-Complete 3 rounds in total, rest between efforts

TEENS:

b.   2 rounds for time:

160m Kb farmers carry

12 Kb swings (single kb)

160m Kb front rack carry

12 Kb lunges (single kb)

160m Kb overhead carry

12 Kb goblet squats (single kb)

-Buy-in/out: Run 400m

-For the Kettlebell work, use a pair and single that's light enough to keep working at a moderate pace and with good technique. I'll help you guys choose the right weight!
