b.  3 rounds for time:

75 double unders

50 sit ups

25m walking lunge

-15 minute time cap

 

 

 TEENS:

a.  Warm-up with 10 (empty bar) then

Barbell Row

6-6-6-6

-Rest around 3-4 minutes between sets

 

 

b.  3 rounds for time:

50 double unders or 15 double under attempts

25 sit-ups, work best posture

15m walking lunge (hold skipping rope overhead)
