For time: 5 km run
Various scaling options to chose from, for those who feel 5km is beyond their fitness level. Turn up, don't cherry pick your WODs!
Study the map below. Follow the pink arrows out past our 1km mark on Williams Rd, left onto Florence, left again onto Old Dookie Rd then circle back past the Box.
Pick up the orange arrows for the remainder of Mitchell st then turn left onto Benalla Rd, left onto Florence, all the way back to Old Dookie Rd. Keep heading west on Old Dookie Rd until Lockwood Rd where you'll turn left, left again into Williams Rd and then finally, a right onto Mitchell and back to the Box!
All will be explained again during the briefing, or if you prefer, you can run 5x1km loops.
