a.  10 rounds for max total reps:

Floor Press, 30 seconds (Men use bw, Women use 75% bw)

rest 30 seconds

Hang Power Snatch, 30 seconds (45/30)

rest 30 seconds

-You will have 2 barbells set up for this session. If needed Pair up and work with someone using similar loads.

 

 

b.  3 minute AMRAP:

10 double kettlebell swings (16/12)

10 double kettlebell cleans (16/12)

10 double kettlebell push press (16/12)
