-Karen upscled we will use a 10kg ball for the men. The male gym records are all done with a 10.
b. 2 rounds, not for time. Work with a heavy load.
GHD Hip Extension, 15 reps
GHD Sit-up, 15 reps
-Perform hip extensions then immediately complete the sit-ups then rest.
-For session efficiency and time management with the GHD's some may complete Part b. first and Karen second.
