a.  Handstand Walk

5 attempts at max  distance

b.  Broad Jump

5 attempts at max distance

- Superset both of these movements. For the handstand walk we will spot or use the wall for shoulder taps.



c.  20 minute AMRAP:

Run 400m

5 burpees

-The burpee reps increase by 5 following each successive round, Eg. Round 2: 400m, 10 burpees etc.
