100m farmers carry
50m sled push
-The farmers carry is prescribed at 60kg per side (using the farmers carry handles men use 4 x 20kg plates. Women use 4 x 10kg plates)
-The sled push is prescribed at 100kg and 70kg as total load. Change the plates from the farmers carry handles to the sled each time/round.
-The load of these may be scaled down but go heavy as possible. There is an 8 minute cap.
