a.  Complete as much work as possible in 10 minutes:

Sled Push as far as possible in 2 minutes (90/60)

Tyre Flip as many reps as possible in 2 minutes

Db Farmers Carry as far as possible in 2 minutes (50's/40's)

Rope Climb as many reps as possible in 2 minutes

Row as far as possible in 2 minutes

 

 

b.  Back Squat, 1 rep

- Complete 8-10 sets. Work to heavy as possible as early as possible. Aim to hold across the majority of the sets
