Time cap: 20 minutes

5pm, 6pm:

a. 15 minute AMRAP:

Turkish Get-up (32/24)

b. For time:

60m sled push (50/30)

50 double unders

40 dips

30 sit-ups

20 db snatch (20/15)

10m db walking overhead lunge (20/15)
