6am:  CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN WORKOUT 17.1

-If you have already done 17.1 and attend this session you will be participating again, judging or both. Please do not come to the 6am class and ask to "do your own thing" Leave this for Open Gym times.

 

For time:
10 dumbbell snatches (22.5/15)
15 burpee box jump-overs (24/20)
20 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

 

Time cap: 20 minutes

 

5pm, 6pm:

a.  15 minute AMRAP:

Turkish Get-up (32/24)

 

 

b.  For time:

60m sled push (50/30)

50 double unders

40 dips

30 sit-ups

20 db snatch (20/15)

10m db walking overhead lunge (20/15)
