Complete as many reps as possible:

0.00-1.00 Snatch (30/20)

1.00-2.00 Snatch (35/25)

2.00-3.00 Snatch (40/30)

3.00-4.00 Snatch (45/32.5)

4.00-5.00 Snatch (50/35)

5.00-6.00 Snatch (55/37.5)

6.00-7.00 Snatch (60/40)

7.00-8.00 Snatch (65/42.5)

8.00-9.00 Snatch (70/45)

9.00-10.00 Snatch (75/47.5)

-Score is total reps. Have the appropriate plates set out to start. Start with an empty bar. No lifting without collars. ANY snatch movement is allowed however, only controlled reps will count. You must get at least 1 snatch of the allocated load to be able to move on.

-General warm up and mobility for 10 minutes. Snatch warm up for 10 minutes.

Scaled option:

Find a snatch heavy single, work a 5 minute AMRAP then increase the load for another 5 minute AMRAP.
