3 push-ups

15 double unders

-Each rounds' reps of g2oh and push-up increase by 3 til fail Eg. Round 2: 6 g2oh, 6 push-ups, 15 doubles.

 

 

b.  6 minute AMRAP:

12 unbroken toes-to-bar

1 rope climb
