-Scale to ring or dip bar hold

20 second pistol hold (10 seconds per side)

-Scale the depth and/or self spotted

25 second chin over bar hold

-Scale to band assisted

30 second handstand hold

-Scale to wall climb/hold

b. Deadlift


-Work to heavy as possible using only the sets prescribed
