2. Burpees

3. Box Jumps (30/24)

4. Kb Swing (32/24)

5. Pull ups

6. Push ups

7. Sit ups

8. Squats

9. Power Snatch (40/30)

10. Thrusters (40/30)

11. Metre Walking lunge (Kb,32/24)

12. Wall Climbs

 

-This workout will be done as a 30 minute AMRAP.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes cycling through from 1-12 for a round to count for your team.

There will be 2 teams.
