a. Turkish Get-up, 2rm/side

Find the heaviest object (dumbbell, kettlebell) that you can perform 2 reps with on the left side and the right side. (4 reps in total) For reps to count the movement must be controlled back to ground.

b. 2 rounds for time (as a race)

400m run

20 push ups

10 strict burpees

(a proper push up is required for a strict burpee)

c. (If time)

Banded glute walk

6 minutes without rest
