Athletes will start with an empty barbell and make only 1 attempt at a squat clean at a time. Once the attempt is made the athlete must run 200m and complete 10 lateral burpees over the bar before being permitted to make another attempt at a heavier squat clean.

Score heaviest squat clean lifted.
