"Squat Comp Total"

Following a warm up. Produce your heaviest combined total taking 3 attempts to find your heaviest Back Squat, 3 attempts at a Front Squat and 3 attempts at an Overhead Squat.

 

Including an empty bar set you will only be allowed 4 warm up sets before making your first attempt at each movement.
