Push Press, max reps 

Push Jerk, max reps

Male: 40kg, Female: 25kg

This is a complex, you will press until fail, move straight into push press until fail, then push jerk until fail without replacing the bar or bringing it from front rack to rest. Score your rounds with the most as well as the least reps.
