For 27 minutes:

Minute 1:  2 reps of: Double Kb Swing, Clean, Squat (24/16)

Minute 2:  4 reps of: Burpee Box Jump-over (30/24)

Minute 3:  6 reps of: Floor Press (bw) 

 

Scale:

Kb - Load (work with what produces a good clean & squat)

Burpee Box Jump-over - Height (step if needed)

Floor Press - Load (work with what produces a good set of 6)
