"Murph"

For time:

1 mile run

100 pull ups

200 push ups

300 squats

1 mile run

Partition the pull ups, push ups, squats as required

There are 2 weight vests, those who want them will have to be early, the box will be open from 8am. If you have your own vest and want to wear it, bring it.

Half Murph
1 mile Run
50 Pullups
100 Pushups
150 Squats
1 mile Run

 

Quarter Murph
1 mile Run
25 Pullups
50 Pushups
75 Squats
1 mile Run
