Elbows High (& outside)

Muscle Snatch (from ground)

Snatch Balance

Full Snatch (from ground, beginner and intermediate work from hang)

-Note if you get to within 50% of your 1rm snatch you'd be doing extremely well, use fractionals to adjust accordingly

First round use an empty bar Rest between rounds
