30 burpee pull ups

800m run

30 wall ball (10/6)

 

Scale:

Dips – Work with bands or find a hard set of 5 using bands and/or load

Back Extensions – Kettlebell standing

Run – Row

Burpee – 20 burpees, 20 pull ups (band if needed)
