Score overall time as well as each rounds' time

No rest prescribed, bands may be used for pull ups and push ups. Sit ups and squats may be changed or range of motion reduced to suit the individual.

Warm up for 10 minutes with dynamic stretching and joint rotations then 6-8 reps of each movement. Establish scaling or injury subs if needed. Start by the 15 minute mark of the session. 40 minute overall time cap for each option
