Roll quads and back and calves between sets

Scale: Thruster (If 5rm unknown) 5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5

Injury: Push Press or Deadlift 5’s

Warm up: 20 reps of each with a broomstick: Passover, press behind neck, good morning, back squat, push press, front squat, thrusters then empty bar - 5 front squat (3 second hold) 5 press, 5 thruster

Thruster – 6 @ 50-60%

6am - LUKE

5pm - LUKE

6pm - LUKE
