Open Gym 8.30-9.30am
Suggestions: Mobility WOD - 1-2 episodes and/or catch up on a missed wod. CrossFit 10 minute Warm up. The entire CrossFit Warm up session is found on the cards on the wall above the whiteboard. Do 3 rounds of 10 reps of each movement.
Coaches note: The BEST athletes will do a full hour of Mobility WOD! :)
