Scale: Reduced ROM, abmats, plates. Active lunge reps - 2,4,6 etc.
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time:
Wall Ball (10/6)
Med Ball Sit up (10/6)
Start each round with a 200m run with med ball (carry any way)
20 minute time cap
Scale: Load. Injury reduced ROM for the wall ball. 100m (walk) with med ball.
