Back Squat

5-5-5 no longer than 3 minutes between sets

 

Warm up: 10 (bar) 5, 5

 

"Helen"

3 rounds for time:

400m run

21 kb swings (24/16)

12 pull ups

 

OPTIONAL FOR rx athletes with a sub 10-12 min Helen:

"Fat Helen" (5 rounds)

20 minute time cap for both Helen wods.

 

Scale: Run - Row

           Kb swing - Load, russian if needed

           Pull ups - Band or ring row

 

6am - SARA

9.30am - KAYE

5pm - ERIN

6pm - ERIN
