60 walking lunges

30 dumbbell ground to overhead (choose own load, work heavy)

Scale: Box jumps – Height to suit (kb swing for injury)

Lunges – sit ups (injury sub)

Beginners: Db Deadlift, Db hang power clean, push press

Warm up: 5 (slow) db manmaker, 5 hang power clean/push press. Choose dumbbells

10-12 box jumps, 8-10 lunges
