18 minute AMRAP:

2 power cleans (60/40)

200m run

20 air squats

Power clean reps increase by 2 each round (eg. 2, 4, 6 etc.)

Scale: Power clean – Load to suit (moderate/heavy)

Run – Row (injury only)

Squat – must be at depth unless stated (mobility/injury)

Warm up: Run 800m, accumulate 1 minute in squat hold (use post for assistance if needed) Power clean – 10 (empty bar) 5, 3, 2.

1 round of: 100m run, 10 air squats, 3-4 power clean
