Run 1k, 10 burpee over bar (lateral)

Run 800m, 15 burpee over bar (facing)

Run 600m, 20 burpee over bar (lateral)

Run 400m, 25 burpee over bar (facing)

Run 200m, 30 burpee over bar (lateral)

Set up a bar with plates

 

Scale: Run – Easy run or row 

           Burpee – Jump over a plate or bar without plates

 

Warm up: Roll back, quads, hamstrings, calves. 3-5 lateral burpees,                     3-4 facing
