Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes (10 rounds) complete:

30 double unders

5 deadlift (100/70)

Hold front support (top of a push up) in remaining time

Scale: Double unders – 10 doubles or 60 singles

Deadlift – Load to suit (use a heavy 5)

Injury: 20 kb swing sub for doubles

Warm up: Run 400m, row 500m (in any order)

10 Good Morning (bar)

Deadlift – 6, 5, 3

2-3 mins du practice, followed immediately by

2-3 deadlift

6am - SARA

4pm Open - SARA

5.30pm - SARA
