Snatch Balance

2-2-2-2 (parallel)

rest no longer than 2 minutes between sets

2 rounds for time:

20 burpees

7 muscle ups

20 burpees

7 strict hspu

20 burpees

7 strict toes to bar (feet together, no back swing)

Scale: Burpees - Box and / or no jump (injury)

Muscle ups - Jumping muscle up, 7 chest to bar/7 ring dips bands if needed

Strict toes to bar - Straight leg raise (no back swing) leg raise (lying)
