EMOM 10 minutes:

Clean & Jerk, 1 rep

Increment as needed.

 

 

For time:

100 Evil Wheels

@ 2.00 complete 3 db sumo squats 

@ 4.00 complete 6 db sumo squats

@ 6.00 complete 9 db sumo squats (work heavy)

etc..

 

Scale: Hang Power clean / Push jerk

            Evil Wheels - Reduced ROM

            Sumo Squats - Load to suit
