Push up
3-3-3-3
(5 second eccentric, each rep. Add load if possible)...

 

For time:
75 push ups
100 sit ups
125 squats
-Every minute on the minute complete 5 pull ups
-Partition the push ups, sit ups and squats as needed.
-20 minute time cap

For all scaling and injury subs, get in!
