30m handstand walk
Scale: 40 attempts or 25 wall climbs

 

40 Db Snatch (30/15)
Scale: Load, muscle snatch (injury)

 

50 GHD Sit ups
Scale: 50 med ball sit ups (heavy as possible)

 

-Rx'd athletes of the above complete all 3 for time
