What is Fundamentals?
Three fully coached technique sessions as well as 2 weeks training with the group, for four selected sessions.
At this stage your level of fitness is not important.
Right now it's about learning and understanding movements and working within your limitations.
The technique sessions run weekdays or Saturdays for 1 hour by appointment.
Why do I have to do Fundamentals?
This process is necessary, regardless of your previous training experience.
It will help with understanding skills, methods, terminology and principles.
